Renova Pros (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates renova-pros.com and related websites. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we sell and share it with, and the choices you have.
Renova Pros is a lead generation company. We collect homeowner information and sell it to contractors, home service companies, and other businesses that want to market to you. That is our business model. Please read this before submitting a form.
From you. Name, email address, phone number, home address, and details about your project — property type and age, project type and scope, timeline, budget range, roof or system condition, whether you own the property, and for solar inquiries your utility provider and average monthly bill.
We also keep a record of every form submission, including the date, time, IP address, page URL, the values you entered, and the exact consent language displayed to you. We keep this to document your consent to be contacted.
From other companies. We collect your information directly from you through our own forms. We also use data vendors who verify phone numbers and addresses and add property or demographic details, we consult public property records, and our partners report back to us on what happened with a lead.
Automatically. IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, form field interactions, approximate location derived from your IP address, and campaign tracking data. We use cookies, pixels, tags, and session recording technology for this. We do not collect GPS-level location from your device.
We do not collect biometrics, health or medical information, race or ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, union membership, or immigration status.
To match you with contractors and service providers; to sell and transfer leads; to contact you about your request; to verify and enrich the information you give us; to detect fraud and bad publisher traffic; to document your consent; for advertising, analytics, and site improvement; for billing and business operations; and to meet legal obligations.
We sell your personal information, and we share it for targeted advertising. When you submit a request, we may sell or transfer it to:

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
When you submit your phone number, you give prior express written consent to be contacted at that number — including a cell number — by Renova Pros and by the companies identified in the disclosure shown when you submitted and listed at renova-pros.com/approved-partners, using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice, text message (SMS/MMS), email, and mail, about home improvement services and related offers. This applies even if your number is on a federal, state, or company Do Not Call list.
Consent is not required to purchase anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
A single submission may result in contact from more than one business, including companies that received your information through a lead network.

One limit worth understanding: stopping us prevents further sales of your information, but it does not stop companies that already received it. You will need to contact those businesses directly. Ask us and we will tell you the categories of businesses we sent it to.
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and web beacons for site functionality, analytics, advertising, fraud detection, and consent records. Advertising cookies count as a “sale” or “share” under some state laws.
Session recording. We use third-party session recording and analytics tools that capture and record your activity on this site, including your mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, the pages you view, and the information you type into our forms. These recordings are played back by us and by our service providers to improve the site, detect fraud, and document consent. By continuing to use this site, you consent to this recording. Timing. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension if needed. Opt-outs are honored within 15 business days.
Appeals. If we deny a request, email admin@renova-pros.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will respond in writing within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Do Not Call and opt-out entries are kept permanently on purpose. If we deleted your record completely, we would lose the ability to recognize and honor your opt-out if your information came back to us from another source.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, network monitoring, vendor security requirements, employee training, and an incident response plan. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.
Our site is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 or sell information about anyone under 16. If you believe a minor gave us information, email admin@renova-pros.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy and will post the new version with an updated date. For material changes to how we sell or share information, we will give additional notice and will not apply the change retroactively where the law requires consent.
